Ridgegate Homeowners Association was developed by Ted Glasrud & Associates in the mid-1970s. The Association is made up of 125 single-family homes located on the following streets in Woodbury, MN 55125:
- Carlsbad Plaza
- Capetown Plaza
- Caulfield Plaza
- Cayenne Plaza
- Carillon Plaza
- Springbrook Plaza
- Springbrook Lane
Each home has one eligible vote pertaining to Association matters. Most lots are small, averaging 60 feet by 100 feet.
In addition to the 125 lots, the Ridgegate subdivision consists of “common areas” designated as Outlots A, B, C, and D. These common areas are the basis for the Association. The developer, in an agreement with the city planners, agreed that by subdividing private lots into fairly small parcels, the balance of land within the subdivision would be used as park-type areas.
